Many of you may recall that we lost our dear friend and fellow entrepreneur Chef Eric Giles of TheSunday Dinner Company on January 31, 2014. Prior to his passing Chef Giles was a guest on our show displaying one of his wonderful dishes Greens Zimbabwe! We like to share this memorable moment with our viewers to enjoy and remember Chef Giles.
