Allison is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Clinical Nutrition.  Allison currently counsels individuals and groups at the Beaumont Weight Control Center and offers cooking demonstrations at SOLA Life and Fitness.

Kimberly Batchelor Davis is a fundraiser, event planner and soon to be author of her first published novel titled “An American Jewel.” She volunteers with the Southwest Detroit Community Recreation League, The American Business Women’s Association, and many other organizations.

Chef Anne-Marie

In 2009 Anne-Marie added the Culinary Service facet which includes private chef services, cooking shows, hands-on cooking classes, private cooking instruction and fine dining catering to name a few choices clients may select.

Sue Fabian

Ms. Fabian practices Elder Law and Geriatric Care Management as owner of ElderWISE Advisor/Advocate in Clawson, Michigan. Her work with older adults began early in her life, when she worked at Focus:HOPE (a human rights organization formed after the 1967 Detroit riots) to help develop the nation’s first supplemental food program for the elderly poor.

Dr. Khephera Jesal, DHS, MT, CHT

Dr. Khephera Jesal is Co-Director of the Natural Healing Institute and founder,author, teacher and facilitator of the renowned life shop entitled: “WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN WEIGHTING FOR?” Mind Over Fatter since 1992.

Known as the “Conscious Chef” Antonio Moore uses an improvisational approach to creative cooking with a heavy accent on simplicity. With over thirteen years under his toque, Antonio has perfected the art of preparing healthy foods with exceptional flavor.

Robert Moore is the Manager of Business Services for Michigan Rehabilitation Services. He has been employed with this agency for 29 years. Over the years he has served in various capacities – Counselor, Unit Leader, Unit Supervisor and acting District Manager.

Phyllis Slater

Phyllis retired from her eldercare services support after learning she was diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa, a degenerative disease of the retina that could eventually lead to blindness.

Darlene Smith

Darlene Smith started cooking at Breithaupt Vocational School in Detroit where she won a State Gold Medal and a National Medal in Culinary Arts.

Karolyn Tate

Karolyn Tate is an inspiration. Born with a physical birth defect almost 30 years ago (that affected her fingers and toes), she overcame the debilitating stigma so often associated with being different.
