2ozs. Fresh blueberries
4-ea. Fresh strawberries
1-cup Ricotta cheese
1-teaspoon Cinnamon
1-teaspoon Lemon Zest
1oz. Light whip topping
Combine blueberries and diced strawberries in a small mixing bowl; set aside. Mix ricotta, cimammon, and lemon zest. Layer bottom of cup with berry mixture, top with ricotta cheese. Continue to layer until cup is full.
Top with light whip topping. |
