Chickpea “Tu-No” Salad Sandwich

• Sandwich
• Wrap (flour wrap or lettuce wrap)
• On top of green salad
Ingredients
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), no salt added
- 3 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1/4 cup carrot diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 tsp. capers drained
- 1 Pinch black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Raw Sunflower Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Mash the garbanzo beans in a mixing bowl.
Add all of the other ingredients and mix together.
