Exercise Science with Professor Carlin Wilson

Professor Carlin Wilson provides us with insight on the meaning of Exercise Science which is the study of the body and how it adapts to exercise including nutrition and how the body stores process sugar and fat used for energy along with any type of resistance training that is used for movement and the amount of reps that is put forth to build muscle. This study was once known as Physical Education and since the early 2000 is now known as Exercise Science
