Pecan Encrusted Chicken

    Pecan Encrusted Chicken is served with Fresh Green Beans and Mashed Sweet Potatoes



    1. Mix the flour and pecans together well (set aside)
    2. Mix all of the seasoning together (set aside)
    3. Mix the eggs well in a bowl (set aside)
    4. Add half oil to a nonstick pan heat slowly
    5. Season chicken breast with Oppie's seasoning (kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder)
    6. Dip chicken in egg mixture
    7. Dip chicken in flour mixture
    8. Add to heated pan
    9. Cook on each side about 6 minutes on medium heat
    10. Drain on paper towel
    11. Finish with your favorite barbeque sauce and a sprinkle of pecan, serve with mashed sweet potatoes, and fresh green beans.
