Stephanie obtained her bachelor’s of science degree from Michigan State University, and completed her dietetic internship in Keene, NH. During her wellness-focused internship she taught a wide variety of cooking and nutrition classes, such as nutrition for pregnancy and school-aged children, athletic performance, weight loss and healthy eating on a budget.
As a dietetic intern at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center she worked with a variety of patients including those with heart disease, diabetes, cancer, and digestive health issues. Her goals are to promote healthy lifestyles and positive relationships with food. She loves cooking, grocery shopping and life in general!
